Bio & Career Summary
* I was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey.
* I graduated from Montclair State University where I studied Sociology and minored in Business Administration, and eventually got my MBA at Caldwell University. * I wore many hats in and around Higher Ed over the course of my 10+ stink: Admissions Recruiter, Academic Counselor, Assistant Director (all at Caldwell University in New Jersey). I became a Regional Director for the National Society of Leadership and Success. * I turned my passion and interest in Technology and Social Impact to help non-profits through a consulting team I created called, PanVisio. We hosted a companion podcast interviewing incredible social change leaders. * From there I went on to be Associate Director of a Upward Bound Program at University of Pennsylvania. *My passion for career development led me to to Community College of Philadelphia where I became a certified Resume Writer/ Career Counselor. *Covid hit, and after some deep thought, I decided to take the plunge and change career sectors by working at a Custom Software Division of Miles Technologies. I started off at help desk, then was promoted to a Software Coordinator (a mix of Release Manager / Project Manager, supporting Senior Project Managers etc). *I then landed a role as Instructor at Beyond Trust, a cyber-security company. I teach/train users how to leverage products in their environments. *I am very involved at my church as a Governing Board member too. *Out of all my titles my favorite is family man. I am married with 2 awesome kids. *Simply put, I am passionate about making a difference.
